Product Visionary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Product Visionary to lead our product development from start to finish. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our product meets the company's goals and objectives, while driving product innovation and success.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, updating them on progress.
  • Create product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to define requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the product, tracking metrics to measure success and identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
