Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Admin to join our production support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing prepayments, vendor payments, and credit card expenses within the company.

The Finance Admin will collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely payments as orders progress. This role will also oversee credit card expense categorization, assist with employee reimbursements, and support the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate bill processing in QuickBooks Online.

About the Job

This is a full-time role working on a US shift with a work-from-home setup. The Finance Admin will play a key role in maintaining efficient financial operations across various departments.

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely payment processing
  • Oversee credit card expense categorization
  • Process and track vendor prepayments according to production schedules
  • Assist with employee expense reports and reimbursements
  • Ensure all bills are submitted to the Accounts Payable team for timely entry into QBO
  • Monitor and follow up on credit card expenses and approvals
  • Maintain accurate financial records in collaboration with finance team members
Requirements

1+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software

Strong understanding of credit card expense management and vendor payments
