About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Private Markets Group as a Senior Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the fund administration process, working closely with the Manager, Private Markets Group.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing work output from PMG Analysts, preparing complex work for assigned funds and clients, and ensuring internal and external deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior team members, communicating effectively within the team and across departments, and resolving issues related to knowledge gaps or quality concerns.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through extensive in-office training during your initial months with us. This period is designed to equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in your role and thrive in a dynamic environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant business field such as accounting or finance, along with at least 2 years of progressive experience in accounting, ideally with hedge funds or private equity NAV preparation. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work towards specific deadlines will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
