The Instructional Designer will oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Responsibilities and Tasks- Assess client needs, identify learning objectives, and gather content from various sources.
- Design and create e-Learning templates, select design elements, and develop ideas for activities and assessments.
- Develop engaging multimedia content using tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
- Apply gamification and scenario-based learning principles to ensure high-quality content.
- Administer functions of a training management system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and create comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and report on resource utilization.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
- 4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment.
- Knowledge of training needs analysis, process mapping, and visual display design principles.
- Excellent written and communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service or call center experience are required.
