AI/LLM Evaluator Job Description

This role involves evaluating the performance of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model (AI/LLM) systems to improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating training data sets for AI models that enhance their ability to understand and generate human-like text.
  • Annotating data to align AI models with human values and ethics.
  • Reviewing and refining grammar, syntax, and sentence structure in both expert-generated and AI model-generated text to ensure adherence to linguistic rules and conventions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate data sets.
  • Contributing to evolving specifications for AI model training and data recipes.
  • Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting priorities while achieving target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM systems and their applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
