Financial Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Modeling Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our financial analysis team, you will play a pivotal role in building and refining portfolio-level financial models.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enhancing portfolio-level financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts.
  • Producing project level budget to actual variance analysis and communicating findings to operational teams.
  • Identifying and investigating underperformance and optimization opportunities of operating assets leading to actionable recommendations.
  • Preparing reporting packages and various deliverables to investors and lenders.
  • Collaborating with operational teams to ensure delivery of key alerts and protect portfolios from operational risk.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field or relevant coursework.
  • Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
