Key Responsibilities
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to Hypercare customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions, clearly communicating progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software support, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of PBX, ACD, CTI, VoIP, and IVR applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
  • Self-starter possessing excellent time management skills.
