Plastic Injection Supervisor Role

RCX Recruitment Inc. is seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Supervisor to join our team. In this key role, you will oversee the production of plastic injection parts, utilizing your expertise in parameter and mould setting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals in plastic injection moulding, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Develop and implement efficient production processes, optimizing machine efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum output.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to mould maintenance and production.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in plastic injection moulding.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in computer software relevant to plastic injection moulding.
- A competitive salary range: $25,000 - $28,000 per annum.
- A Saturday schedule for those who prefer it.
