
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Support Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and guiding users through complex problems, leveraging new technology to enhance efficiency and developing self-service opportunities for a seamless customer experience.
This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to pivot and keep abreast of changes within a fast-paced tech environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree in computer science or information technology
- Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle advantageous
- Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
In addition, you should have strong written and verbal communication skills, solid knowledge of the product and issues that commonly arise, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and development teams.
