Job Overview

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing messaging services and verifying account sign-ups.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

This role requires a strong understanding of compliance updates and the ability to share best practices with teams across the business.

  • Monitor live message content for possible fraud, spam, and phishing activity
  • Detect and report fraudulent behavior, taking action to block accounts as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date on compliance updates and share new information with teams
  • Identify opportunities to educate customers about content guidelines and responsible messaging practices

Requirements

  • English is your primary language; secondary languages are a plus, particularly Spanish
  • At least 1 year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform
  • Experience in a similar role, requiring exceptionally high detail orientation
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Proven experience working independently
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to adapt to a growing team
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and schedules
  • Familiarity with live chat, customer ticketing platforms, and CRM systems
