Product Operations Specialist

This role involves serving as the primary gatekeeper of item data and process liaison between cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining specs, purchasing SKUs, BOMs, and key attributes in a PLM system.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLM platforms, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with NetSuite or ERP platforms. They should also possess excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with global teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining Parent-level specs, purchasing SKUs, BOMs, and key attributes in the PLM system.
  • Tracking revisions with full versioning logic across NPD, compliance upgrades, and sustaining changes.
  • Upholding global data standards and field-level validation rules; auditing for missing, stale, or duplicated entries.
  • Supporting seasonal update cycles, spec finalization, and sample-triggered lock dates.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all product records meet commercialization and certification requirements.

Requirements include 3–5 years of experience in PLM, tech pack creation, or product operations, ideally in eCommerce or consumer goods. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to manage hundreds of SKUs with high precision and clear documentation trails.
