The Jollibee Group is seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Warehousing and Distribution Manager. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center, and the successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing warehouse teams and implementing efficient processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead a team of warehouse staff in the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes as necessary to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate and timely movement of inventory throughout the warehouse, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are stored in a safe and organized manner.
- Safety and Security: Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is required, as well as a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of warehouse staff.
- Certification: Preferably with certification in GMP and HACCP.
