Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced software leader to oversee the development of high-quality software products and enhance our existing platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of software engineers to deliver complex projects on time and to agreed quality standards.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based and desktop applications.
  • Provide technical leadership in all aspects of our software development processes, including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new software systems and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Key Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proficient in multiple languages (Java, C++, C#, Python, JavaScript), full-stack development, modern architectures (microservices, event-driven), CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of software development practices, including OOP, functional programming, UX best practices, unit testing, TDD/BDD, Agile/Scrum, and database management (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Proven track record in managing software products, leading teams, and delivering innovative solutions with urgency.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
