Cloud and Platform Engineer Opportunity

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud and Platform Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AWS-based infrastructure solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing AWS-based infrastructure solutions
  • Developing and maintaining infrastructure automation using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) and Terraform
  • Building robust, scalable applications and tools using preferred programming languages such as Python, React.js, and JavaScript
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing systems
  • Researching and staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in cloud distributed systems and generative AI technologies and methodologies
  • Project leadership, ensuring cloud and platform engineering projects are delivered efficiently, securely, and in accordance with organizational standards
  • Technical strategy and governance, providing recommendations for architectural designs and ensuring compliance with internal governance frameworks
Requirements
  • Extensive AWS expertise, including experience with cloud automation, security best practices, and architectural design
  • Proficiency in programming, with a demonstrated history of developing and maintaining custom solutions
  • Strong experience with Python, React.js, and JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with CDK and Terraform for infrastructure automation
  • Proficiency in Amazon Bedrock, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for developing AI solutions
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions
  • Familiarity in security and compliance within cloud environments
