We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for our client firms.

This role plays a critical part in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that potential cases are effectively evaluated and processed.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of the intake process, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inbound Call Management: professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents
  • Client Interaction: communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures
  • Multi-Tasking: manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Document Management: maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards
  • Administrative Support: provide administrative assistance to legal professionals as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory
  • Education: high school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • Experience: previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred
  • Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Organizational Skills: strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Technical Proficiency: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software is a plus
