This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with benefits regulations, and integrity of HRIS data.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is preferred, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Processing payroll for non-confidential employees and managing timekeeping systems to track working hours accurately.
  2. Administering benefits programs, handling enrollments, changes, and claims, and assisting employees with benefits inquiries.
  3. Ensuring compliance with laws regarding payroll and benefits and submitting required reports according to policies and regulations.
  4. Updating employee data in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and alignment with payroll and benefits processes.
