Employee Benefits Expert

This Employee Benefits Expert role is a critical component of our HR Operations team at White & Case LLP.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of employee benefits, including insurance, pensions, and savings plans. They will also be responsible for auditing and validating benefits invoices prior to submission to Accounts Payable for payment processing.
About Your Responsibilities
- Resolves benefit-related issues using established procedures and completes cases in a timely manner.
- Coordinates and administers daily US and UK benefits processing and case resolution, including benefits enrollments, health insurance policies, wellbeing and wellness accounts, claims, and reimbursements.
- Reviews benefits invoices and premium billings to ensure they conform with employee eligibility and vendor contracts prior to forwarding to Payroll for timely payment.
- Prepares US Payroll Deductions Reports and ensures the accuracy of all benefits deductions and retro-adjustments for all employees on US Payroll.
- Identifies International Health Insurance Plan (IHIP) eligible US and non-US employees/partners and sends notifications for enrollment containing details of coverage, premium cost, and enrollment procedure.
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 1-year general administrative experience.
- Verbal and written English proficiency is a must.
- Work experience with APAC/EMEA/US counterparts preferred.
- Able to work in rotating shifts (APAC, EMEA, and US time zones), Hybrid set-up.
- Background in US, Global/Local Benefits Administration, and Billing is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of relevant Global Benefits policies and regulations; US Benefits is an advantage.
