About the Job

This role involves developing and executing strategies to accelerate growth and sustain profitability across the portfolio, including management of the brands' offline presence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing brands to drive growth, developing and implementing marketing activities, and ensuring sustainable profitability of CloudEats brands.

Main Duties
  • Develop Brand Essence: Create a sharp, unique, long-lasting, and inspiring Brand Essence for star and hero brands centered around having a positive impact on customers.
  • Identify Growth Drivers: Identify priority growth drivers (based on conversion funnel) and strategies to unlock growth.
  • Anticipate Competitor Movements: Anticipate potential competitor and industry movements and proactively plan and implement countermeasures to protect the brands.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Lead and proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key brand projects, including new menu additions, new dish launches, other brand improvement programs, and offline executions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in food and/or QSR brand management.
