As a Senior Data Modeler at UnionBank of the Philippines, you will lead a team of data modelers in developing and implementing data models that support business and technical requirements. You will oversee the development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models for relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage workloads, priorities, and deliverables for the team to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Establish best practices, frameworks, and processes for data modeling across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and Business Analysts to ensure data models meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in data modeling, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in relational (OLTP), dimensional (OLAP), and NoSQL data modeling.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with experience in query performance tuning.
