Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to serve as a technical advisor and problem-solver for our diverse client base.

About the Position:
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, providing expertise in software architecture, system design, and technical standards development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pragmatic solutions that align with business objectives.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can diagnose technical challenges, unblock teams, and provide technical leadership to distributed engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical standards, best practices, and architectural principles that promote scalability and maintainability.
  • Evaluate existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address technical debt.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
  • Design and implement improvements to development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and developer experience.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
  • Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders to develop technical strategy.
