
Business Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Singapore business.
Main Responsibilities- Inventory management and revenue optimization
- Customer service and experience enhancement
- Implementation of ad hoc initiatives
To excel in this position, applicants should possess relevant experience in hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, or operations. Strong English communication skills and attention to detail are also essential.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a friendly attitude, and strong teamwork skills are vital. A degree in a relevant field is required, and an interest in football is desirable but not necessary.
Requirements and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have:
- Relevant work experience in operations, hospitality, sales, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools
