Job Description

As a Procurement Support Specialist, You Will Be the Key to Ensuring Smooth Operations by Managing Purchase Orders, Tracking Inventory, and Maintaining Data Accuracy.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Vendor & Purchase Order Management: Oversee AI Automation for Vendor Communication, Track and Follow Up on All Purchase Orders, and Escalate Any Discrepancies.
  • Data Accuracy & System Checks: Verify PO Details, Identify and Correct Discrepancies, and Maintain Pricing Matrix.
  • Inventory Reporting & Tracking: Generate Weekly Inventory Reports, Monitor Materials in Quarantine, and Collaborate with Warehouse Teams to Resolve Inventory Concerns.
  • Logistics Coordination: Partner with 3PL Providers to Schedule and Confirm Product Pickups, Address Scheduling Conflicts, and Manage Daily Pickups.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To Succeed in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: Accurately Manage Data, Documents, and Purchase Order Information.
  • Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to Work Independently, Troubleshoot Challenges, and Think Creatively.
  • Procurement Support Experience: Background in Procurement or Purchasing Support, Preferably Within Food Industry, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or Device and Equipment Sectors.
  • Strong Communication: Confident in Liaising with Vendors, Internal Teams, and Logistics Partners.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable Learning and Working with ERP Systems, Procurement Platforms, and Inventory Tracking Tools.
