International Payment Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced International Payment Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our cross-border payment operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing international payments, bank transfers, and financial reconciliation software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of cross-border payments and bank transfers: Oversee the processing of international transactions, including multi-currency payments and wire transfers.
  • Banking relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Regulatory compliance: Monitor and implement compliance standards for cross-border payments.
  • Financial reporting: Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, monitor transaction discrepancies, and generate detailed reports on payment activities.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows, optimize transaction costs, and enhance operational efficiency through modern payment technologies and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in managing multi-country payments, bank transfers, or similar financial operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Technical skills: Strong understanding of international banking systems, multi-currency payment processing, and financial reconciliation software.
  • Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments in different regions.
  • Analytical ability: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
