Backend Developer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Possess the entire application lifecycle, concentrating on backend development
  • Compose reliable code and tests for APIs, making sure high-quality software is produced
  • Collaborate with Frontend Engineers to integrate APIs, resulting in seamless user experience
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use, reducing development time and increasing efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues promptly
  • Work with product, design, and QA teams to gather requirements and ensure quality, delivering top-notch products
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and adapt to changes, staying ahead of the curve
Requirements
  • Proficiency in backend web development using Typescript/Javascript (NodeJS), a leading technology stack
  • Experience with popular DBMS technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and security
  • Knowledge of version control systems like git, facilitating collaboration and code management
  • Experience in building APIs using REST, GraphQL, gRPC (an advantage), providing flexible and scalable solutions
  • Knowledge of deployment and build tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Bazel, Ansible, streamlining the development process
  • Cloud management experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure, allowing for scalability and flexibility
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Circle CI, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions, automating testing and deployment
  • Additionally experience with ELK Stack, Prometheus, Terraform, Pulumi, or Data Analytics is a plus, demonstrating advanced skills
