We are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented, and organized attorneys who can thrive in a fast-paced litigation and commercial collections practice. The attorneys will report to managing partners, contributing to case preparation and conducting thorough reviews of legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft pleadings and motions that effectively communicate our clients' positions.
  • Prepare discovery demands and responses to discovery, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Draft legal documents related to judgment enforcement, showcasing expertise in this area.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school is essential.
  • Licensed attorney in the Philippines with a strong background in litigation, commercial collections, or creditor's rights law.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating ability to analyze complex legal issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) and Adobe Pro.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus, as well as ability to manage multiple software applications efficiently in a legal setting.
  • Strong phone presence and effective verbal and written communication skills are must-haves.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
