Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, data-driven features that empower our users to understand and improve employee engagement.
  • Work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and IT Security teams to ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and upholds the highest standards for data privacy and security.
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure the success of our customers.
  • Continuously champion high-quality software engineering practices - from planning, implementation, test automation, documentation, code reviews, scaling, performance, metrics, logging, and monitoring - essentially the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and implement cloud-based services that enhance our platform's capabilities, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring we stay at the forefront of technology.
