Job Overview

The Senior Ad Operations Manager oversees the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and high performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transforming campaign objectives into strategic plans, encompassing audience development and inventory selection.
  • Managing setup and delivery across multiple platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Xandr Curate.
  • Monitoring campaign pacing, optimization, profitability, and KPI tracking.
  • Providing weekly and post-campaign analysis, insights, and consultancy.
  • Offering troubleshooting and proactive recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital campaigns, hands-on expertise with DSPs, and deep knowledge of programmatic buying. They should also possess clear communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
