Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce developer to design, build and deliver tailored solutions for our clients using Salesforce and other connected technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Custom Solution Design: Create custom solutions for businesses using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
  • Data Administration & Reporting: Support the development of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.
  • User Training & Support: Provide training, documentation, and hands-on support to ensure platform proficiency.
  • Platform Management & Optimization: Monitor updates and optimize business processes to stay ahead.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.
  • Release Process Management: Deploy changes across environments, including sandbox refreshes, data migration, and metadata deployment.
Requirements
  • Salesforce Expertise: Knowledge of Salesforce architecture (Asynchronous Apex), integration with 3rd Party apps, customization, code based & declarative tools.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguity, solve problems creatively, and deliver valuable solutions.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams, balancing technical needs with business priorities.
  • CI/CD Experience: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and integrations.
  • Platform Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance, data quality, and integration health—using tools and logs to identify issues before they become problems.
