Job Title: Creative Production Manager

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual and creative assets that showcase our brand's unique identity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, coordinating creative teams, and delivering high-quality results. You will be passionate about history and education, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
  • Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external marketing partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
