Marketing Assistant Job Description

  • Coordinate projects, ensure deadlines are met and deliverables tracked.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules and internal documentation.
  • Support the team with data entry, reporting and campaign performance tracking.
  • Facilitate timely approvals for client communications.
  • Prepare marketing presentations, proposals and reports.
  • Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing and vendor coordination.
  • Organize and maintain creative assets using shared drives and project management tools.
  • Schedule social media content and email marketing coordination.

Requirements include 1-2 years of experience in marketing support or a similar role, excellent organization and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
