Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Associate. This role involves supporting architectural and engineering projects by creating permit drawings, working with Revit models, and assisting in schematic and tender design tasks.

As a BIM Associate, you will be responsible for creating and managing Onboarding permit drawings, assisting with schematic design and tender package creation, converting point clouds into Revit models, and supporting sales plans.

In addition, you will model Revit families, assist in basic building systems coordination, produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts, and provide testfit design support as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
