**Job Overview**

A skilled Structural Detailer is responsible for establishing modeling standards, ensuring the accuracy and quality of models, and supporting the execution of plans. This role involves coordinating with clients and participating in continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create structural drawings and develop Revit models that meet quality standards.
  • Verify construction documents are accurately modeled.
  • Maintain adherence to BIM content standards and development procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to obtain project information and ensure drawings are accurate and complete.
  • Communicate proactively when encountering roadblocks to the plan.
  • Balance multiple deadlines and changing priorities effectively.
  • Manage tasks related to client coordination, including proactive communication with clients.
Required Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree; Associate's degree or combined education and experience.
  • Hold an Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design certification.
  • Accumulate at least 3 years of full-time work experience in structural design.
  • Demonstrate experience in mid-sized structural projects ($5M - $50M).
  • Showcase 3+ years of Revit Experience.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Tekla, SDS/2, and/or StrucSoft.
  • Exhibit strong organization, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to function independently in an autonomous environment.
