Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced digital advertising professional to lead our senior ad operations team in Southeast Asia.

This is a high-profile opportunity for a talented individual to build and manage a regional ad operations team, driving business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital campaigns, with hands-on expertise in demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk and DV360.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute programmatic strategies to achieve campaign objectives, including audience building and inventory curation.
  • Manage setup and delivery across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic buying and ad operations.
  • Strong understanding of DSPs, supply-side platforms (SSPs), and real-time bidding (RTB).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and interpretation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
