Our company is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.

Job Description

This role is responsible for the delivery of media across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok. The successful candidate will be tasked with configuring campaigns, setting budgets, targets, creatives, and run dates, as well as validating budgets against allocated funds. Additionally, they will be responsible for installing and configuring pixels to track events and create remarketing audiences, partnering with the client integrations team to ensure proper event configuration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and technology, including DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with distributed teams to drive results.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or commensurate experience is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles and 2 or more years of experience in Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Familiarity with recruitment marketing and/or talent attraction is a plus. The selected candidate will be process driven, extremely detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or commensurate experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles
  • 2 or more years of experience in Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and/or talent attraction
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of digital advertising platforms and technology (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
