Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and efficient takeoffs, managing RFPs, and assembling estimates.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed takeoffs based on received drawings to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Manage RFPs to ensure timely responses from clients and vendors.
  • Assemble comprehensive estimates for each project with attention to detail.
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings to maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
RequirementsNecessary Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of delivering accurate and efficient results as an estimator or in a similar role.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively work in a remote team environment.
  • Experience with project management tools and a solid understanding of their features.
