  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Requirements

  • Relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualifications, preferably with a degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or fixed asset inventory, ideally within the Accounting & Small Practice industry
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures
