Job Title: Technical Leadership Role

Role Overview:

This challenging technical leadership role involves providing subject matter expertise in software delivery, project scope definition, risk identification, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to multiple technical assets and geographically distributed teams.
  • Design, implement, and monitor operations for engineering teams.
  • Manage projects on time and in scope.
  • Adapt program plans to address business, technical, and operational challenges.
  • Lead team direction, resolve problems, and provide guidance to members.
  • Oversee work activities to ensure quality deliverables meet program needs.
  • Develop innovative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing technical professionals.
  • Communicate operational issues with the business and lead RCA processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of technical software engineering experience.
  • 6+ years of managing technical engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of delivering technical products to live production environments.
  • Collaboration experience with product leadership to meet project milestones.
  • Executive stakeholder management and presentation experience.
