Job Summary

This is a full-time remote position focused on managing and optimizing paid media ad accounts across platforms like Meta and TikTok.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands across paid social. They will be responsible for launching and managing campaigns, conducting frequent A/B testing, and gathering data across ads and creative.

The successful candidate will use their experience to drive growth and ROI for our clients by making decisions and taking calculated risks worth testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands across paid social.
  • Conduct frequent A/B testing and gather data across ads and creative.
  • Manage campaign budgets using a data-driven approach with a consumer-first focus.
  • Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by providing valuable insights for meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and ideas for new marketing angles.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands across paid social.
  • Strong understanding and ability to rapidly optimize Meta and TikTok ad campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team.
  • An ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects, and execute based on priority.
