Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.


Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets using various tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, data needs, and develop effective solutions.
  • Python Development: Write efficient, scalable, and modular code using Python to manipulate and transform data.
  • Automation: Automate repetitive data processing tasks using Python scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Data Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Python libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Streamlit.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Python: Strong proficiency in Python programming language, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Scikit-learn.
  • SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills for querying and managing relational databases.
  • Data Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Plotly.
  • Azure Cloud Platform: Experience with Azure cloud platform is advantageous.
  • Experience in Data Analytics: At least 2 years of experience in data analytics using Python.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-Driven & Flexible: Self-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and flexible to work from home.
