Lead Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic E-commerce Partnerships Lead to drive growth in our B2B/B2C platform.

This role involves expanding our network of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers, and nurturing commercial partnerships for seamless customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include identifying, sourcing, and securing new suppliers through negotiation and agreement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

Responsibilities also involve managing the onboarding process for all new suppliers, maintaining and updating product catalogs with complex pricing structures, coordinating logistics and fulfillment for efficient delivery, and monitoring platform operations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will analyze key business metrics such as profit margins, COGS, stock levels, and lead times, and present performance reports to management with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements include exceptional negotiation and communication skills for professional relationships, strong analytical skills with data analysis, and familiarity with e-commerce operations and proficiency in using spreadsheets and CRM tools.

A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a proactive problem-solving mindset is required, along with the ability to work effectively independently in an offshore capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new suppliers through negotiation and agreement.
