**About the Role:**

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a professional, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

**Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  3. Screens and directs phone calls and correspondence to appropriate parties.
  4. Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  5. Acts as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
