Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and visuals to drive brand awareness and sales.

Your primary focus will be on designing original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising. You will also be responsible for growing and engaging social media channels organically by producing visually compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives. This includes conducting regular competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new content opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Grow and engage social media channels organically by producing visually compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new content opportunities.
  • Develop and present weekly social media performance reports, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing skills, and knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics.
