Lead Frontend Developer Role

 

About the Position:

  • This role is responsible for leading and contributing to technical hands-on coding.
  • The ideal candidate will provide technical feasibility and time estimations for tasks, ensuring correct code implementation with quality, stability, and readability in mind.
  • A key aspect of this position is passing on knowledge and dedicating time to mentoring other colleagues.
  • You will direct the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and debugging, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Improve or maintain technical skills on a higher level, seeing the bigger picture, and try to architect good solutions for new features or find problems in the projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver effective and impactful software applications.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient English written and oral skills.
  • Responsibility and taking ownership is your second nature.
  • Experience with modern web development using Next.js and component libraries.
  • A desire to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams.
  • The skill to understand complex problems and develop maintainable software solutions for them.
