We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Sorongon Builders and Engineering Services.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing and a minimum of 1 year working experience as an Admin Assistant.

Fresh graduates with relevant skills are also welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, responding to client inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of unit owners, work orders, proposals, and department files.
  2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Communicate unit concerns and inquiries to the appropriate department.
  4. Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
