Job Requirements
We're looking for a Multilingual Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and reactive handling of queries and escalations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customers' concerns and inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with customers and vendors through various channels, including email, text, and live chat.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of new and ongoing tickets.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal support teams to drive timely resolutions.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction through issue tracking and reporting.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Spanish and local Filipino citizenship.
- At least 1 year of BPO experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of college education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in insurance or payments is desirable.
