We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Market Intelligence to join our team in Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the field of financial services, marketing, writing, or related work experience, and a strong understanding of the Investment Banking Industry.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address issues identified by the team and prevent the recurrence of identified issues;
  • Driving productivity and efficiency initiatives implemented by the team;
  • Preparing reports/presentations on prospect or client data to assist the sales team in focusing on target markets/prospects, differentiators, and product gaps;
  • Conducting market research of target markets/sectors;
  • Conducting market or competitor research analysis;
  • Understanding the process, including those within the Client Reporting and Sales groups, and reviewing all activities independently and in a timely manner;
  • Performing tasks of defined processes or procedures and checking for errors;
  • Actively communicating with the home location to provide updates on tasks and discussing any identified issues;
  • Answering queries in relation to the responsibilities and tasks completed;
  • Reporting volume of work, KPIs, RCA, and initiatives of the team to stakeholders including managers and home locations on a monthly basis;
  • Providing support to other teams in their deliverables during instances of downtime within the core function;
  • Maintaining Detailed Procedural Analysis Documents (DPADs) as needed and ensuring that any change in the process is updated in the DPAD in a timely manner;
  • Encouraging team members to consistently think of ways to mitigate risk in the course of operations;
  • Responding flexibly to the needs of the current situation, amending own work program to deliver client requirements;
  • Supporting management in the implementation of strategic initiatives and achievement of business goals;
  • Ensuring deliverables are in accordance with the audit points;
  • Attending team meetings with home country to receive feedback and deliver as per expectations;
