The Market Intelligence Specialist for the EMEA region is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. The primary focus is on understanding language capabilities across the region, competitive analysis, candidate insights, and hiring trends. This role leverages multiple data sources to assess market dynamics and provides actionable recommendations to enhance talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, the specialist plays a key role in supporting sales efforts by identifying market opportunities, including potential new language offerings and emerging candidate profiles. By tracking industry trends and workforce shifts, the specialist ensures that the company remains competitive in both talent acquisition and market expansion.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducts research and analysis on language capabilities across EMEA, identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Monitors and assesses the competitive landscape by analyzing market trends, hiring practices, and employer branding strategies.
  • Provides insights on candidate behavior, preferences, and availability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Tracks and reports on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce dynamics in key markets.
  • Utilizes data analytics tools and techniques to compile comprehensive market intelligence reports.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align market insights with recruitment and business objectives.
  • Analyzes existing talent pools and internal ATS data to identify hiring patterns, emerging skills, and workforce trends.
  • Maintains a strong network of industry contacts to gather first-hand market intelligence.
  • Presents findings through dashboards, presentations, and detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identifies emerging trends in recruitment, talent mobility, and workforce planning to inform business strategies.
  • Supports sales efforts by providing critical market insights that help explore new languages, candidate profiles, and untapped market opportunities.
What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in market research, business intelligence, recruitment analytics, or a related area.
  • Have experience in competitive intelligence, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
  • Be familiar with employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience trends.
  • Be proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization and reporting.
  • Have experience with market intelligence platforms, CRM/ATS systems, and recruitment data sources.
  • Demonstrate strong research skills, including the use of industry reports, public databases, and surveys.
  • Be capable of working with large datasets and conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Have a high level of proficiency with Office package / G Suites.
