About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Advertising/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the ad creative production pipeline, from concept to media buyer handoff.

This person will be the backbone of the ad creative production engine, ensuring timely delivery without sacrificing detail or velocity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the ad creative production pipeline, tracking production details across vendors, freelancers, and internal teams.
  • Conduct quality control on all creative assets, flagging compliance or brand guideline issues and escalating as needed.
  • Maintain organized repositories for creative assets and affiliate documentation.
  • Manage creator relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, platform setup, and campaign management.
  • Deliver weekly Meta ads performance reports highlighting winning/losing creators, concepts, and hooks.
  • Energized by a dynamic startup environment: an A-player with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results under demanding timelines.
  • 3 - 5 years in marketing coordination/project management at a CPG or wellness brand (early-stage experience a plus).
  • Proven record of managing creative pipelines and meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social, affiliate marketing, and TikTok Shop, including working with freelance creators.
  • Basic analytics skills and familiarity with key paid social advertising metrics.
  • Excellent written communication and experience with agile methodology is a plus.
