Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily IT operations to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensuring uptime and optimal performance of IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Resolving escalated issues through effective problem-solving and team collaboration.
  • Managing EUC teams, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress.
  • Providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for team members.
  • Leading or supporting IT projects, such as migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Maintaining adherence to IT policies, data privacy laws, and security protocols.
  • Participating in audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Overseeing site severities and serving as the point of contact.
  • Implementing preventive measures and promoting continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Ensuring accurate tracking and management of IT assets.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications like ITIL or PMP are advantageous.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Prior experience in BPO or shared services environments is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud computing.
  • Familiarity with service management tools like Manage Engine or ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to drive business outcomes.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, 24/7 operational environments.
  • Skilled in leading and motivating teams, delegating tasks, and resolving conflicts.
  • Willingness to work on-site as needed.
