User Acquisition Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled User Acquisition Manager to drive mobile user growth for our Mode Earn App and other apps. This role involves planning, launching, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across core paid channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, and Rewarded Ad Networks.
- Monitor daily performance tracking, pacing, and spend efficiency against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPI, CPA, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to the growth team, identifying actionable insights and optimizations.
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in marketing or communications and 1-4 years of experience buying mobile app ads with significant monthly budgets while achieving target KPIs.
They should also possess proven ability to scale user acquisition efficiently in a mobile-first environment, strong analytical skills fluent in Excel/Sheets, and familiarity with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, and Singular.
